From enquiry to paid classes
- Send an enquiry. Tell us who is learning, their starting level and preferred times. Submitting a form is not a booking, paid admission or permission to charge you.
- Arrange the free trials. Request our 3 free trial classes. A teacher and timetable must be confirmed before a class is booked. Request the Microsoft Teams joining invitation and follow its instructions.
- Agree the plan in writing. Before paying, confirm the teacher, lesson duration, included lesson count, dated timetable, billing-period start and end, total fee and currency, and cancellation, missed-class and refund arrangements. The published plans below are £29, £39 and £49 monthly; do not assume a guaranteed slot or an unconfirmed discount.
- Confirm payment separately. Obtain the agreed payment instructions privately from info@learningquraan.co.uk and keep your receipt. Do not send passwords or card/account details through a website form. Paid admission requires agreement and separate confirmation of payment and the timetable.
- Decide whether to continue. An enquiry or free trial does not create an automatic paid subscription. Confirm the next billing period and its terms before making any further payment.
Preferred request windows: Monday–Friday 16:00–19:00 and Saturday–Sunday 10:00–13:00, UK local time (Europe/London). These are suggested request windows, not guaranteed teaching or support hours; other times can be discussed.
