At Learning Quraan, accessible from https://www.learningquraan.co.uk, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Learning Quraan and how we use it.

Trial and contact enquiries

Learning Quraan is operated from Pakistan. If you use our trial or contact form, we collect the details you enter so that we can respond to your request and discuss suitable lessons.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. The trial form also asks who is learning, the course, teacher preference and preferred days and times, with optional location and additional information. Please use an adult parent or guardian’s contact details for a child and share only the learner information needed to discuss their starting level.

Where the enquiry goes

Our Elementor forms save submissions in the WordPress website dashboard and send an email notification to info@learningquraan.co.uk. The stored record and notification may include the submission date and time, page URL, IP address and browser/user-agent information. These technical details can be associated with your enquiry; they are not necessarily anonymous.

Website hosting and email services process these records as part of providing the website and delivering the notification. A successful form message means the website processed the submission; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or confirm a lesson booking or paid admission.

What not to send

Do not submit passwords, bank or card details, identity documents, or private medical information. If a reply is needed, we use the contact details you provide to discuss your enquiry. These forms do not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or collect payment.

Questions and requests about your information

For questions about storage, access or how long a particular enquiry is kept, or to request a copy, correction or deletion of your enquiry, email info@learningquraan.co.uk. Quote the approximate submission date and use the email address submitted where possible. We may need to confirm that the request concerns your record. A request is not an automatic deletion confirmation.

Log Files

Learning Quraan follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. Technical information can identify or be associated with a visitor or an enquiry; it should not be assumed to be anonymous.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, Learning Quraan uses “cookies”. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

We may show adverts on this website through Google AdSense. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and to other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies lets Google and its partners show you ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can read how Google uses this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info, or, in the UK and Europe, at www.youronlinechoices.com.

Our Advertising Partners

Some advertisers on our site may use cookies and web beacons. Our main advertising partner is Google AdSense. Each of our advertising partners has its own Privacy Policy for their policies on user data.

Children’s Information

Parents and guardians should make lesson enquiries on behalf of children, use their own contact details and supervise online lessons. The trial form allows a parent to describe a child’s age or starting level in the optional message. Please avoid unnecessary identifying details or sensitive information about the child. If child information was submitted by mistake, contact info@learningquraan.co.uk to request a review or deletion.

Using this notice

This notice explains website information handling. Reading the website or submitting an enquiry does not itself authorise payment, confirm admission or provide blanket consent for unrelated marketing. Please review the relevant service terms before agreeing to paid lessons.
