These terms describe Learning Quraan’s website resources and lesson-enquiry process. Reading this website or submitting an enquiry does not create a paid lesson contract. The specific paid plan and its terms must be confirmed separately before payment.
Using the enquiry forms
Use accurate adult contact details so that we can respond to your request. A parent or guardian should enquire for a child and supervise the online lesson. Share only the learner’s starting level and practical preferences needed to discuss classes, not passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Trial and contact enquiries are saved in the WordPress dashboard and emailed to info@learningquraan.co.uk. A success message acknowledges website processing, not guaranteed email delivery, a booked class or paid admission. If you need to follow up, email the business inbox with your approximate enquiry date. Our Privacy Policy explains the collected fields and technical metadata.
Teacher availability, course suitability and the timetable need individual confirmation. Do not treat suggested request windows or a teacher preference as a guaranteed allocation.
From enquiry to paid classes
- Send an enquiry. Tell us who is learning, their starting level and preferred times. Submitting a form is not a booking, paid admission or permission to charge you.
- Arrange the free trials. Request our 3 free trial classes. A teacher and timetable must be confirmed before a class is booked. Request the Microsoft Teams joining invitation and follow its instructions.
- Agree the plan in writing. Before paying, confirm the teacher, lesson duration, included lesson count, dated timetable, billing-period start and end, total fee and currency, and cancellation, missed-class and refund arrangements. The Fee page lists plans at £29, £39 and £49 monthly; do not assume a guaranteed slot or an unconfirmed discount.
- Confirm payment separately. Obtain the agreed payment instructions privately from info@learningquraan.co.uk and keep your receipt. Do not send passwords or card/account details through a website form. Paid admission requires agreement and separate confirmation of payment and the timetable.
- Decide whether to continue. An enquiry or free trial does not create an automatic paid subscription. Confirm the next billing period and its terms before making any further payment.
Preferred request windows: Monday–Friday 16:00–19:00 and Saturday–Sunday 10:00–13:00, UK local time (Europe/London). These are suggested request windows, not guaranteed teaching or support hours; other times can be discussed.
Read our Privacy Policy. For a cancellation, refund question or lesson concern, email info@learningquraan.co.uk before paying or making another payment. Any applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Use of Educational Materials & Tools
All materials on this site, including the online Noorani Qaida, Quran learning courses, and interactive utility tools (such as the Islamic Inheritance Calculator, Zakat Calculator, Qibla Finder, Hijri Converter, and Digital Tasbih Counter), are provided for personal, non-commercial, and educational use only.
Accuracy of Islamic Tools & Calculators
Our interactive calculators and tools are designed using established Islamic principles and algorithms for guidance purposes. However, results (such as Zakat calculations, Islamic inheritance distributions, or Qibla direction) should be verified with a qualified Islamic scholar or local authority for critical or formal religious matters.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Learning Quraan owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Learning Quraan. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Learning Quraan for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Website resources are educational guidance, not a substitute for individual advice from an appropriately qualified scholar or professional. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes applicable consumer rights.
Changes to Terms
Website terms may be updated, with the revision date shown on this page. A website update does not by itself retroactively change an agreed paid lesson plan. Confirm any proposed service, price or timetable change in writing before continuing or making another payment.
